Agreement

By using Rehomebase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Rehomebase is

Rehomebase is a CRM built for real estate teams. It helps you manage contacts, contracts, tasks, commissions, documents, and team collaboration. We also offer optional public listing websites for brokerages.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to use Rehomebase.

Your company administrator controls who has access to your team's account and at what level. If you leave a team, the company retains the data you created in their account.

Your data

You own the data you put into Rehomebase — your contacts, contracts, documents, notes, and files. We store and process it to provide the service. We don't sell it. We don't use it for advertising. When you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rehomebase to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk
• Access other people's accounts without authorization
• Upload malicious files or code
• Send spam or harass others
• Impersonate another person or company

Payments

Rehomebase costs $50 per user per month. We offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If you cancel, you will not be billed again. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.

MLS and listing data

If your team uses our listing sync, property data comes from third-party MLS providers. That data is subject to their terms and licensing requirements. We don't guarantee its accuracy — always verify with the listing agent.

Availability

We work hard to keep Rehomebase running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We won't remove core functionality you're actively paying for without giving you time to adjust.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.

Liability limits and indemnification

Rehomebase is provided "as is". We're not liable for business decisions you make based on data in the platform, including commission calculations, contract deadlines, or listing information.

If something goes wrong, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. If you do something on Rehomebase that gets us sued (like uploading stolen data or spamming), you agree to cover our legal costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rehomebase after changes means you accept the new terms.
