Cancellation Policy

We make it easy
We want happy customers, not locked-in ones. You can cancel your Rehomebase account at any time from the billing settings inside the app. No phone calls, no hoops.
Who can cancel
Only account administrators can cancel. We can't cancel an account at the request of a regular team member. If you're not sure who your administrators are, contact us and we'll help you find out.
What happens when you cancel
- You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
- We won't charge you again after you cancel.
- After your billing period ends, your data is retained for 90 days. You can contact us to export anything you need during that time.
- After 90 days, we permanently delete your data from our servers.
Make sure you export your contacts, documents, and any files you want to keep before the 90-day window closes. Once data is deleted, we can't get it back.
Rehomebase-initiated cancellations
We may cancel accounts in these situations:
- Expired trials — if your trial ends and payment cannot be collected, your account will be locked.
- Failed payments — if we're unable to collect payment after repeated attempts, your account may be canceled.
- Terms violations — as outlined in our Terms of Service.
